YAZEED QASHWA

Location: Stepps (Tuesday 930-530pm, Friday 930-530pm)
Yazeed is a warm, highly skilled physiotherapist, with a wide range of experiences in physiotherapy across clinical practice, teaching, and research. Yazeed has a passion for delivering high quality, tailored physiotherapy to help people improve their quality of life and reach their goals: reduce their pain, recover from their injury or surgery, and return to activities they love.
Within The Carter & George Practice, Yazeed works with patients with musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries, and he also provides vestibular rehabilitation for people with dizziness and balance problems. Alongside his clinical work, Yazeed has a strong academic background. He graduated with a First-Class BSc in Physiotherapy with Honours, receiving the Top Graduate Award, and went on to complete an MSc in Physiotherapy with Distinction from Glasgow Caledonian University. He is also currently undertaking a PhD in Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University, where he previously lectured on musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation.
Yazeed regularly presents his research at national and international conferences, including the World Physiotherapy Conference and the Society for Back Pain Research. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and is committed to evidence-based, person-centred care.
